On August 6, Consul General Wang Zhijian visited an agricultural demonstration park in Songkhla Province, accompanied by staff from the Southern Thailand Agricultural Development Promotion Office.

Wang listened to introductions on cultivation techniques and economic benefits in relation to the demonstration crop varieties. He stated that the Chinese government is actively promoting international agricultural cooperation, expressed that China is willing to further deepen agricultural development collaboration with Thailand, and promoting more advanced and applicable technologies to help increase income and prosperity for the people of Southern Thailand.
