On the evening of August 21, Consul General Wang Zhijian attended a working dinner hosted by Mr. Chakkrid Krachaiwong, Director-General of Department of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. Representatives of the Consular Corps in Songkhla were present at the event.

Consul General Wang expressed gratitude to the Protocol Department for providing strong support to the Chinese Consulate General in conducting its work and looked forward to its continued provision of necessary services and facilitation for the Consulate General's performance of duties in Thailand.
